I know what it’s like to look accomplished on the outside but feel scattered, reactive, or disconnected on the inside.

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of leadership, communication, and human potential—earning a Master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, dual certifications in Executive and Career Coaching, and serving as an HR consultant, assessment leader, and mentor.

But titles and accomplishments aren’t the full story.

I’ve been through my own turning points—the moments where the old way of leading no longer felt sustainable or true. That’s why I created Leading TRUE: to help accomplished women like you find the clarity, confidence, and presence to lead your next chapter on your own terms.
