A typical coaching engagement begins with a complimentary discovery session where we define your goals, identify key challenges, and clarify what success looks like for you. From there, we co-create a personalized coaching plan tailored to your leadership style, career stage, and aspirations.
Most engagements last 6 months, with biweekly 60-minute sessions held virtually. Each session builds on the last, combining strategic insight, practical tools, and real-time reflection. In between sessions, you’ll have access to resources, and personalized exercises to keep momentum going.
We’ll track progress consistently—celebrating wins, refining strategies, and staying aligned with your evolving goals. By the end of the engagement, clients typically report greater confidence, clearer communication, stronger executive presence, and more intentional career decisions.
